Every lane, graded on years it had not seen.
The method was tested over 9.8 years, from September 2016. The first sixth of that is the training window and no grade is awarded from it — every grade on this board comes from the 8.1 years after it, which the engine had not seen.

Tested before it trades
Each lane is measured across its own history, then re-measured on periods it never saw while it was being built. A lane that only works on the data it was designed against does not get graded well.
Costs charged, every fill
Real spread is charged on every entry and every exit in the testing. A grade produced without costs is a grade for a market that does not exist.
A grade is a rating, not a lever
Every position is announced with its lane's grade — on the public channel too — so you can see how strong the lane behind it has tested. The grade does not change what a position risks.
Risk first, always
Every position carries a stop fixed before it opens, and the book holds a hard cap on how much can be at risk at once.
Grades come from the desk's own walk-forward testing. Past performance is not a guide to future results.
