Terms, Privacy & Cookie Policy

What we provide. EDGEwise is a market-analysis platform delivering signals, charts and analytics. We do NOT execute trades, hold client funds, or manage money — every trade you place is your own decision on your own broker account.

No advice / no guarantee. All output is educational technical analysis. We make no guarantee of profit, accuracy or performance. Signals and statistics are provided "as is".

Eligibility. You must be of legal age and permitted to use market-analysis services where you live.

Accounts. Keep your login secure. Do not share your account or redistribute signals — access is for the paying member only.

Subscriptions & refunds. Paid plans renew per the term selected until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account; access then runs to the end of the period already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use. No scraping, reselling or automated redistribution of EDGEwise content. We may suspend access for abuse.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDGEwise is not liable for any trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

What we collect. Account details you provide (name, email, phone, country), your in-app preferences and paper-trade activity, and standard technical logs. If you choose to save an account balance and a risk level in your members' area, we store those two figures with your membership so positions can be sized for you; they and your practice-desk results are shown only to you and are never used for marketing. Passwords are stored only as a one-way salted hash.

How we use it. To operate your account, deliver the signals and alerts you request, provide support, and improve the service. We do NOT sell your personal data.

Sharing. Limited to service providers needed to run EDGEwise (email delivery, hosting, messaging), who process data only on our instructions.

If you have EDGEwise Studio, we keep which of the desk’s open positions you mark as held, so the Risk page can show your own exposure. You can change it at any time, and it is removed if your account is deleted.

Damian · your trading (EDGEwise Studio). If you choose to bring in your own trading — by uploading your trading platform’s history file, or by connecting your broker account with read-only access — we keep those trades (market, direction, open and close times, prices, size, profit, swap and commission) on your membership so Damian can review them for you. An uploaded file is read on your own device: your name, account number and balance in it are never sent to us. A connected account is read for its trading history only and can never be used to place, change or close a trade. Nobody else sees your trades, and you can remove all of them, and disconnect your account, at any time from that page.

When you use Ask EDGEwise AI, your question is sent to our AI models to produce the answer. We do not keep your questions or the answers; we keep only a count of how many you have used this month.

Communications. By providing your email/WhatsApp you consent to receive service and signal messages. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data via the WhatsApp contact below.

EDGEwise uses minimal browser storage strictly to keep you signed in and remember your interface preferences (e.g. selected timeframe, saved board).

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can clear this storage from your browser at any time; doing so will sign you out and reset preferences.
